Thought I’d try making dough in my new bread machine. Turned out pretty good and will come in handy if I need some dough quickly. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes in the bread machine and I let it rest for another hour. Doesn’t taste as good as dough that’s taken 24hr and over but was pretty impressed with it.
Used Caputo pizzeria for the flour.
