For those who call this flour Caputo blue, this is about to make things even more confusing! 😉

They could just call it by its actual name.. Caputo Pizzeria. Problem solved 😉 And the other Caputo blue: Caputo Classico.

The 25kg bag probably remains blue tho..

It’s the same with the Saccorosso and Cuoco. The Saccorosso comes in 25 kg bags, the Cuoco comes in 1 kg bags. But both are the exact same flour just different names.

Ok I’m new to this game. Been testing flour, doughs, recipes…..and the two flours that I have the best access to are this Caputo Pizzeria (red bag) and Anna Tipo 00. If a recipe calls for “caputo blue”, are they actually referring to caputo pizzeria in the red bag???? 🤔

What country is this picture from? In Canada Caputo Pizzeria is only in 25kg bags and is blue! Cuoco is red in 1 kg bags, and appears to be identical to Saccaroso, which is also red and comes in 25kg bags. The funny thing is, many producers, like Polselli, follow the red and blue coliur schemes based on Caputo’s colour scheme. The idea of Pizzeria flour now being in red bags seems a deliberate attempt to mess with them! ◉‿◉
