Hello everyone. I’m new to reddit and found this group. I just purchased this wood fire pizza oven and loving it. I have been working on my Pizza dough the last year and mostly baking in the oven with a pizza steel. I tried a few pizza’s in a smoker and they were ok but this wood fire oven is the bomb. I really like it and the pizza’s are amazing now. Now I am eating to many. LOL 🙂

What oven are you using?

I got the same oven during its early bird Kickstarter. It’s a good oven that I’m happy to have gotten at the price I did, around $175ish. The shipping was a hassle with numerous missed dates but overall was worth it. Finding it temperature sweet spot takes some practice, this oven cranks. I’ve temped it at over a 1000°F early on before I got used to it. Good looks on that pie BTW.
