This dough is using King Aurthor OO. Not a big fan of it right now. Seems to burn easy. will be trying Antimo Caputo Pizzeria 00 blue next to see how it does.
The pizza’s have a tomato sauce basil, beef steak tomatoes, mozzarella and parmigiana cheeses with basil on top.
