    That looks great! I love the lift on the crust. Are those pizzas 100% sourdough or sourdough and yeast?
    Can you tell me your process? My sourdough pizzas taste great but they are dense as.

    You did a fantastic job! Congrats. When you say lowest heat on your Ooni, what was that? 400C or lower?

    I’ve noticed that sourdough is always more fun (and more work), but that it also seems to puff up more compared to yeast-driven doughs. Did you get any mushy chewiness in the crust from the lower heat or was everything properly cooked through?

    I don’t like mushrooms okay I loathe them, but this looks extremely tasty that I would try it.
