Pretty happy with my last results. Any advice which visual aspects I could improve? In terms of taste I’ll start trying different kind of tomatoes now.

If your question specifically concerns your pizza dough, please post your full recipe (exact quantities of all ingredients in weight, preferably in grams) and method (temperature, time, ball/bulk-proof, kneading time, by hand/machine, etc.). That also includes what kind of flour you have used in your pizza dough. There are many different Farina di Grano Tenero “00”. If you want to learn more about flour, please check our [Flour Guide](https://www.reddit.com/r/neapolitanpizza/wiki/resources/flour-guide).

That checks all of the boxes for me visually! How did it taste?
If you share your recipes and cooking methods, the community can probably offer some more helpful suggestions.

Can’t really see any needed improvements here. Looking spot on.

I wouldn’t crop the image so tightly and show the whole plate. Lighting is a little stark and some depth of field could be created with better angles and focus. The setting could be more sumptuous to match the quality of the dough. Perhaps a darker background to show the lightness of it.

Great job looks amazing. Taste wise what really makes it great for me is homemade tomato sauce; so in general I’d say the quality of the ingredients

Given how accomplished your pie looks, my friend, i’d be *very* surprised if you weren’t using san marzanos!
