    Hello /u/FrenchAffair!

It appears that you are asking a question. Did you already check the [Frequently Asked Questions](https://www.reddit.com/r/neapolitanpizza/wiki/faq/) in our Wiki?

If your question specifically concerns your pizza dough, please post your full recipe (exact quantities of all ingredients in weight, preferably in grams) and method (temperature, time, ball/bulk-proof, kneading time, by hand/machine, etc.). That also includes what kind of flour you have used in your pizza dough. There are many different Farina di Grano Tenero “00”. If you want to learn more about flour, please check our [Flour Guide](https://www.reddit.com/r/neapolitanpizza/wiki/resources/flour-guide).

You also can check the [Beginners Guide](https://www.reddit.com/r/neapolitanpizza/comments/f8a5l8/faq_and_beginners_guide_to_neapolitan_pizza/) and [Image Guide](https://styles.redditmedia.com/t5_10luxk/styles/image_widget_3ft4tn2baku41.png) to Neapolitan Pizza as well as our [Glossary](https://www.reddit.com/r/neapolitanpizza/wiki/resources/glossary).

After years of refusal out of principle, finally gave in to gf’s request to make a pineapple pizza.

Marinated the pineapples in honey and hot pepper mash, prosciutto cotto, fior di latte and sauce of just blended San Marzano tomatoes, salt and little oregano.

Dough: 315g ball. 62% water, 2.9% salt. Bulk RT for 6 hours, balled up and put in fridge for 48 hours. Took out of the fridge ~3-4 hours before cooking on the Ooni Koda 12.

I cant really judge because i dont like pineapple in general, but looks good

Pairs really well with some Italian sausage and diced pepperoncinis. Basically any combination of sweet spicy is the best way to do pineapple on pizza.
If pear is accepted on pizza, I don’t why there is so much hate for pineapple.

Bigga dough? How willing are you to share your dough process? Looks amazing

Anything that you enjoy, flavor combos, bizarre ingredients, is welcome on a pizza. Just make what you like or what you want! This looks bomb

Io napoletano in america tra tante schifezze in giro non disdegno la hawaiana

  10. Doesn’t matter what you think, kids love it.

On your average pizza, pineapple is fine. On good pizza the pineapple taste is overwhelming and it ruins the point of having a good pizza in the first place.

Get rid of the damn tomato sauce and it’s likely delicious!

Sure, put whatever you like on your pizza. But if you put pineapple on a pizza, it ceases to be “Neapolitan Pizza”. Therefore has no place in this sub.

As an Italian, all I can say is: if you want you can put pineapple on pizza BUT you can’t call it a pizza
