Tried my first sour dough pizza today. I’ve been working on the sour dough starter for about 10 days or so and made up a couple dough balls yesterday. Let them cold ferment in the fridge for about 16 hours. Crust did great and was quite surprised how you could tast the sour in the crust. This was a Italian sausage, pepperoni, mushroom, red onion and black olives. The Ardore oven cooked it great with all the toppings. No disappointment at all. #ardorepizzaoven #pizzapartyovens
