Got a roccbox for Father’s Day and this is my first attempt at using my own dough! Used the 24hr recipe from Ken Forkish’s book. LONG journey ahead of myself.

    Probably my fifth pizza on this after making pizzas in my over the last couple years using dough from Whole Foods.

    I think my yeast was a bit too old, even though Ken doesn’t use much yeast, I didn’t have the rise in the crust edges I would like to get.

    Here is to learning a lot more!

    Looks delicious 🇮🇹 I understand you are new to this and I’m super curious.. How long did the oven take to get to a good cooking temperature and do they hold temperature well?
