    A tip.. oregano in Napoli it’s only used in pizza marinara.. never use it on Margherita.. or similar.

  4. For the chit pickers….it says Napoli style. 00 flour, 70% hydration, fresh mozz, and basil cooked in high heat wood oven. Oregano and pepperoni were an added touch for my taste. You’re confused with Margherita.
