  2. This is perfection imo. Perfect ratio of char to pale crust, must’ve been delicious. If leoparding is wrong I don’t want to be right.

  3. Was this a long cold fermentation? I just had excellent leoparding tonight and thought it might be due to a long 4 day cold fermentation they did in the fridge.

    Btw, you leoparding is better.
