Thin crust pizza extra crispy. Baked on the Baking Steel Original at 500 F. The dough is 125 grams rolled out thin and topped with fontina, fresh mozzarella and parma. Crushed tomatoes underneath the cheese. Just an awesome combo. Basil at the end of the bake……
