Today @Cooking with bello is going to show us how to prepare the perfect pizza for the summer: Sardinian pizza… and it’s mamma mia 😍😍😍
INGREDIENTS
-1 big zucchini
-2 carrots
-2 onions
-15 cherry tomatoes
-300g semolina flour
-80g Parmigiano cheese
-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Slice your onions, your cherry tomatoes and grate your zucchini and carrots.
Place a strainer on top of a bowl, add your grated zucchini, a weight on top and let them drain for at least 30 mins, then remove all the excess water.
In a bowl add all your veggies, flour, cheese and olive oil.
Mix everything with your hands for a couple of minutes or until smooth.
Transfer your mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and use your hands to flatten it. It should look like a pizza.
Bake in the oven for about 35-40 mins (180C/360F). Buon appetito!
