The Italian cuisines in Mangiare Italian Restaurant in Al Qasba Sharjah are so authentic that you’d fall in love after your first bite. The authentic Italian pizza made at Mangiare is made with high-quality fine ingredients. My first impression was that I had just stepped back in time to the old city of Naples, the origin of the pizza, when Mangiare served me a pizza Bufalina with tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, and buffalo mozzarella as standard toppings. This type of mozzarella is prepared with the milk of an Italian Mediterranean buffalo. It is called mozzarella di bufala in Italy. Its tender texture and rich flavor distinguish this traditional pizza variety from others. The thin crusted Pizza La Bufalina was finally garnished with a drizzle of olive oil and a handful of fresh basil leaves which no doubt was the best Pizza in Sharjah, I have ever tried. On the other hand, the offered Penne Alfredo Pasta was creamy and delicious. They served it with parmesan cheese. My dine out was perfect when I seasoned it a little bit with spicy oil and chilly flakes. A show-stopper however was the pizza dolce sweet, topped with Lotus biscuits, kitkats, cinnamon, strawberries, dark chocolate, and M&M’s.
