Trattoria Altrove Wood Fired Pizza Italian Restaurant Tropical Avenue Las Pinas Manila. Trattoria Altrove is an Italian restaurant recognized as serving the best wood fired Pizza in El Nido Palawan, started in 2010 by Mrs. Rosario Dimaya Lange and her Slovenian husband. They have since branched out to Coron in
2015 and their newest branch in BF International Las Pinas which we are visiting today. This is a romantic tropically designed Al Fresco Garden Restaurant where you will be asked to remove your shoes upon entering for a homey unpretentious beach feel. Their specialty is their Neapolitan Style Pizza so expect a thin crispy crust with quality imported ingredients including Italian tomatoes, Italian mozzarella cheese and please make sure to order a pizza with Crema con Tartufo or Truffle Cream Sauce, a gourmet topping with Black Truffles. Highly recommended are the Prosciutto Crudo con Tartufo Pizza which has air dried parma ham with truffle cream on a bed of crushed tomatoes, mozzarella and arugula or the Pancetta con Tartufo . We also recommend their Fettuccine Carbonara with cooking cream, bacon, parmesan and egg yolk.
