We had an opportunity to visit Bartier Bros. vineyard during our recent visit to the Okanagan, British Columbia. Their property and tasting inspired us to create a dish that would pair well with their 2020 Cabernet Franc. Unique characteristics of wine paired with an oven roasted Margherita Chicken is a perfect way to share a dinner meal.
