Hello! We cooked a Chorizo, Sweet Potato and Spinach Pizza in the Uuni Pro (Ooni Pro Pizza Oven) using Lumpwood and Logs using a gas burner to start the fire. I show how I fix holes in pizza dough and how I stretch the pizza dough. I left the door off for the entire cook and preferred it that way – I could see what was happening with the crust and top and was able to use my new metal peel to lift the pizza to the flame for more precise cooking.
