Tosca Italian Restaurant Dusit Thani Hotel Manila. An overlooked fine dining Italian restaurant at the Dusit Thani Hotel. Highly recommended are their Fresh Burrata Cheese and Napoletana Pizza. Burrata is imported from Southern Italy and is a creamy version of Mozzarella, their pizza is one of the best in Manila, thin, airy and crispy with high quality toppings.
