We visited SPQR, a Michelin Star winning Italian restaurant on Fillmore St in San Francisco. Our meal featured an amazing five course dinner including a romaine green vegetable salad, gold potato gnocchi with short rib, prime beef, and hot chocolate torta with cream, among other dishes.
