Ingredients:
for dough:
All Purpose (Maida) Flour: 1/2 kg
Salt: 1 tsp
Egg: 1
Yeast: 1 tbsp
Oil/Ghee: 3tbsp
Milk Powder: 2 tbsp
Water: as required
Sugar: 1/2 tsp
For Tikka:
Chicken: 700 grams (boneless)
Oil: 2,3 tbsp
Vinegar: 1 tbsp
Red Pepper Powder: as per taste
Salt: as per taste
Ginger Garlic: 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala: 1 tbsp
Roasted Cumin: 1 tbsp
Pizza sauce:
tomatoes 4
Oil 3 tbp
garlic paste1/2 tsp
salt 1 tsp
Red ChilliFlakes tsp
Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
Mix herbs 1/2 tsp
sugar 1tbsp
For Garnishing:
Prepared Dough
Cooked Chicken Tikka Piece
Onions: 2 medium
Tomatoes: 2 medium
Capsicum: 2 medium
Mozzarella Cheese: 1/2 packet
Cheddar Cheese: 1/2 packet
Red Pepper Powder: 1/2 tbsp optional
Oregano Powder: 1/2 tsp optional
Method for Dough:
-In small glass,add water,sugar,instant yeast and mix well,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.In bowl,add all-purpose flour,add salt ,drymilk powder andmix then add egg and mix well now add yeast mixture and mix well.
add water,mix well and mix well until dough is formed.Add oil and knead again,cover and let it rest for 1-2 hours.
Method for Tikka:
Mix salt, red pepper, chaat masala, all spice powder, ginger garlic, vinegar and oil with chicken and store aside for minimum 30 minutes. Then put it in the pan and cook at medium heat. When water dries out and chicken is tender, tikka is ready. Finally, ignite a coal and place it inside the pan, put a few drops of oil on it and cover the pan for 5 minutes.
prepare pizza sauce
cut tomatos and grind them to make a pure.then heat pan add oil, garlic paste, tomato pure then add salt,chilliflakes and tomato paste mix well and cook untill oil seprated add mix herbs and sugar and cook 5 minutes. sauce is ready . Can be Store in refrigerator upto 2 weeks.
Preparing Pizza:
Knead maida dough with hands again, then divide intoto equal parts then grease a pan with oil or ghee and spread the kneaded dough with your hand. It should be 0.5 to 1 inch thick. Then spread sauce tenaddcsome cheese then spread chicken layer, then capsicum, onions, tomatoes layers one after one.Lastly, crush mozzarella and cheddar cheese with a food grater and spread on the dough.
Method for Cooking Pizza:
1st way:
In pot place rack (min 2-3 inches high) and heat on high flame for 15 minutes. Place pizza, cover and let it cook for 20-25 minutes or until cheese melts (medium flame).
2nd way:
preheat oven and cook pizza for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
