ingredients
Spaghetti 1/2 packet
to make the meatballs
2 pieces of white bread soaked in 1/4 cup milk
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp parsley chopped
1/2 cup flour to coat the meat balls before shallow frying
oil for frying the meatballs
To make the Marinara sauce
2 tbsp oil
1 large chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 can crushed tomatoes or 4 cups
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tsp blqck pepper
1 tsp salt
2-4 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp hot sauce
2 tbsp fresh basil 1 tsp dried basil
