How to make SPAGHETTI AGLIO E OLIO like a true Italian.
Spaghetti Aglio e olio is a classic pasta dish from Napoli which is one of the easiest and tastiest pasta dishes out there. I consist of Spaghetti (obviously haha), extra virgin olive oil, garlic, dried chilli flakes or fresh chillies that’s your take and last but not least fresh Italian flat leaf parsley. This dish should take you no longer than 15 mins to make from start to finish.
For all of you asking where can you buy my deep saute pan from. I’m sorry to say but they don’t sell that brand pan anymore but I’ve put some links to some pans down below that are very similar and they will do the same job.

Recipe for 1 person
100g spaghetti
2-4 cloves of garlic ( depends how much you like garlic)
1/4 to 1/2 dried chilli flakes ( again depends on how spicy you want it )
Approx. 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
Fresh parsley to finish it off.
