Baked Shrimp Scampi Linguine Pasta
INGREDIENTS

โข 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
โข 1 tablespoon salt
โข 1 tablespoon pepper
โข 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
โข 3 cloves garlic, minced
โข 6 oz butter, melted
โข 1 tablespoon lemon juice
โข ยฝ cup white wine
โข 8 oz linguine
โข fresh parsley, to garnish
โข red chili flake, to garnish
STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION:
โข Preheat oven to 400หF (200หC).
โข In a medium-sized casserole pan, combine shrimp, salt, pepper, red chili flakes, garlic, butter, lemon juice, and white wine.
โข Bake for 10-13 minutes, or until shrimp turns pink and is fully cooked.
โข Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil, add salt to taste, and cook linguine pasta al dente according to package directions, stirring occasionally.
โข Strain linguine and combine with shrimp until pasta is fully coated in white wine scampi sauce.
โข Garnish with chopped Italian parsley.
