Baked Shrimp Scampi Linguine Pasta

โ€ข 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
โ€ข 1 tablespoon salt
โ€ข 1 tablespoon pepper
โ€ข 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
โ€ข 3 cloves garlic, minced
โ€ข 6 oz butter, melted
โ€ข 1 tablespoon lemon juice
โ€ข ยฝ cup white wine
โ€ข 8 oz linguine
โ€ข fresh parsley, to garnish
โ€ข red chili flake, to garnish

STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION:
โ€ข Preheat oven to 400หšF (200หšC).
โ€ข In a medium-sized casserole pan, combine shrimp, salt, pepper, red chili flakes, garlic, butter, lemon juice, and white wine.
โ€ข Bake for 10-13 minutes, or until shrimp turns pink and is fully cooked.
โ€ข Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil, add salt to taste, and cook linguine pasta al dente according to package directions, stirring occasionally.
โ€ข Strain linguine and combine with shrimp until pasta is fully coated in white wine scampi sauce.
โ€ข Garnish with chopped Italian parsley.
