Ingredients:
• 15 ladyfingers
• for the bath 250ml of cold espresso with a splash of milk and 2 tsp of sugar
For the the cream:
• 3 egg yolks
• 70g of sugar
• 250g of Mascarpone, room temperature
• 200g of heavy cream, cold
• 1 tsp of vanilla extract
• unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting

• Für die Tränke 250ml Espresso mit einem Schuss Milch und 2 TL Zucker
Für die Creme:
• 3 Eigelb
• 70g Zucker
• 250g Mascarpone
• 200g kalte Schlagsahne
• 1TL Vanilleextrakt
• Kakaopulver zum Bestäuben
