A delicious dream team can be found in this wonderful Italian Caprese appetizer. Simply slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Arrange the mozzarella in a heart shape on top of the tomatoes and season with basil and balsamic vinegar.

2 persons
๐ฅ Ingredients:
2 tomatoes
2 scoops mozzarella
8 basil leaves
Balsamic vinegar, to taste
Herb seasoning, optional
๐ณ Instructions:
Slice tomatoes and place on a plate.
Cut mozzarella into slices as well and cut them out with a heart cookie cutter.
Place basil leaves on top of tomato slices.
Arrange mozzarella hearts on top.
Drizzle balsamic cream over caprese salad in strips.
Season with herb salt to taste.
Serve caprese for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or a birthday.
