Italian CHRISTMAS DINNER – prt.1 (from Starter to Dessert)

Christmas Dinner in Italy is one of the most special moments of the year. Moms and Grandmas get busy days in advance in order to get everything right!

The Christmas Menù is one of the most worrying things of all Christmas time, but by being organized you can avoid any inconvenience!

This is the first video of the menù that I will prepare this Christmas for my family, and in this part of the menu you will learn how to make a VERY EASY starter and a MOUTH-WATERING LASAGNA! Lasagna require a bit of hard work, but at the end it will be worth it!

There is nothing Christmassy about lasagna, but in Italy is a dish that’s present in many special occasions, and of course Christmas is one of those!

Lasagna reminds me of all those Sunday mornings (at least for me was morning) when waking up all I could smell was the lovely flavors from my Mom’s lasagna!

In part 2 of my Christmas menu I will show you how to make a super easy PORK FILLET recipe and one of the easiest ITALIAN DESSERT.

The ingredients to feed six people with this menu are: 1 Puff Pastry Sheet roll, 1 bunch of parsley, 200gr of smoked salmon, 1 jar of Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Black Olives (the same amount of the drained sun-dried tomatoes), provolone cheese (cheddar will do the job) 4/5 Courgettes (Zucchini), 1 pack of Lasagna Sheets, 500gr of ground mince meat (half pork and half beef) 100gr of butter, 100gr of White Flour, 1lt of Milk, 500gr of Tomato Sauce, 200gr of frozen Peas, 1 glass of Red Whine.
