Bacon-Wrapped Croissant Recipe –

Ingredients:

300 g puff pastry
100 g bacon cut in thin slices
100 g grated mozzarella cheese

Steps:

1. Cut the puff pastry into triangles.

2. Lay out two slices of bacon and place the puff pastry triangle on top.

3. Fill with grated mozzarella cheese and roll up.

4. Bake in oven preheated to 360 ยฐF for approximately 30 minutes or until golden.

Toasts with Stuffed Tomatoes Recipe –

Ingredients:

ยฝ ricotta, crushed
ยฝ cup ricotta cream
Basil leaves to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 tomatoes
Olive oil to taste
4 eggs
Butter
4 slices of Italian bread

Steps:

1. Mix the crushed ricotta with the ricotta cream and the basil leaves.

2. Season with salt and pepper. Put aside.

3. Cut the tomatoes in halves and remove the seeds.

4. Brush with olive oil, season with salt, and insert the ricotta mixture.

5. Put 1 egg in each tomato and bake at 360 ยฐF for 20 minutes.

6. Toast the bread slices in the melted butter.

7. Serve the tomatoes on the bread.

Yogurt and Strawberry Verrine Recipe –

Ingredients:

3 cups of rolled oats
ยพ cup of coconut flakes
ยพ cup of lightly chopped Brazil nuts
Salt
ยฝ cup of honey
ยผ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 egg white
1 cup of strawberry jam
3 cups of Greek yogurt
1 cup of fresh strawberries

Steps:

1. Mix oats, coconut, nuts, salt, honey and cinnamon.

2. Beat the egg white and mix them up.

3. Place it in a pan lined with baking paper and bake at 360 ยฐF for 45 minutes, stirring gently with a scoop.

4. In a glass, place a portion of strawberry jam, a layer of Greek yogurt, chopped strawberries and a layer of granola.
