Hi Loves!!!! Today I wanted to share a favorite recipe of mine that my grandma used to make me when I was a child. Its Potatoes and Egg Omelette or (Frittata). We used to eat this for lunch, snack or even for dinner. It is so easy to make and delicious. I hope you try it and enjoy it. This recipe is for a small individual size omelette but if you double the recipe you can make it into a bigger one just use:

13 Eggs (you can keep the all the yolks or keep use 4 yolks)
2-3 medium russet baking potatoes
about a handful of cheese
a 7-10 count of salt and 5 count of pepper
