Food sparks is presenting you today Mini Bread Pizza ..It is an easy bread pizza made with toasted bread topped up with crunchy bell peppers and veggies of your choice flavoured with dried herbs sauce and cheese.
These can be made at your next party or get together snacks when you have friends and family coming over. These make for delicious bites that will leave everyone wanting more and will also be a hit amongst the kids.

Ingredients
Bread 10
Pizza Sauce 1/2 CUP
Mozzarella Cheese 1 CUP
ONIONS 1/2 CUP
Green Capsicum 1/2 CUP
Red Capsicum 1/2 CUP
Cooked Corn Kernels 1/2 CUP
Black Olives 4-5
Italian Seasoning 1/2 TSP
Chilli Flakes 1/2 TSP
Butter AS REQUIRED
To Make Instant Pizza Sauce
Tomato Ketchup – 1/2 Cup
Italian Seasoning – 1 Tsp
Chilli Flakes – 1/2 Tsp
Pepper – 1/2 Tsp
Method:
1. For making a veggie mix.. In a bowl , add onions,chopped green capsicum, red capsicum, corn kernels, italian seasoning, chilli flakes and mix well
2.For Making instant pizza sauce.. In a bowl, add tomato ketchup, italian seasoning, chilli flakes, pepper and mix well.
3. Take the bread and cut it into circular shape using a cutter.
4. Spread the pizza sauce over the bread.
5. Top it with grated cheese, veggie mix and some cheese.
6. Heat a pan and keep the flame on low.
7. Place the loaded bread slices in the pan.
8. Cover and cook until the cheese is melted.
9. Fabulous bread pizza is ready.
