INGREDIENTS:
MEATBALLS:
¼ pound ground pork
¼ pound ground beef
1 egg, small
½ tablespoon parsley, dried
¼ cup Italian breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons Romano cheese, shredded

SOUP:
½ cup celery, diced
½ cup onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
32 ounces chicken broth
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ cup acini de pepe pasta
4 ounces spinach
