Chicken Parmigiana:

Ingredients:
-Chicken Breasts
-Eggs
-Plain Bread Crumbs
-Grated Parmigiano
-Shredded Provolone
-Parsley
-Garlic Salt
-Black Pepper
-Sauce
-Oil to Fry

Recipe:
Step 1:
Cut chicken into cutlets of your preferred thickness. Season cutlets with garlic salt, black pepper, and parsley. Beat eggs into bowl, and on side mix a handful of grated parmigiano with breadcrumbs .
Step 2:
Dip chicken in egg then cover with breadcrumbs. Next lightly fry chicken.
Step 3:
In a pan spoon out a light layer of sauce and spread some parmigiano on top before laying down the fried cutlets. Cover chicken with Provolone cheese, more sauce, and another handful of parmigiano.
Step 4:
Pre heat oven to 350, and place tray on lower rack. Half way into cooking cover tray with foil. For the last 10 mins uncover tray and place on top rack. It will be finished baking in about 30-40 mins.
