Cooking can be easy. Here’s a basic dough recipe. You can make more or less, just keep the proportions the same.
– Add Italian herbs (rosemary, tarragon, oregano) or chili flakes for an extra flavor kick.
– This can be used to make pizza (you should make pizza), focaccia, flat bread, etc.
– For pizza sauce I just squeeze some tomato paste into a mason jar, add spices (the Italian ones above, plus salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder), 1 tsp of olive oil, and water to thing to consistency.
– But I often just brush olive oil and spread crushed garlic on the rolled out dough.
