Hands down the most famous dish from the Puglia region of Italy, orecchiette with broccoli rabe (cime di rapa in Italian) is by far my favorite pasta dish in the world! I can easily finish off a whole pot of this stuff on my own. And what’s even better is how simple it is to make!

Broccoli rabe is also a nutrient powerhouse. It contains a ridiculous amount of potassium, calcium, iron, fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin K. So naturally I feel like I’m eating something healthy!
