Try this super testy oven-roasted capsicums/peppers
INGREDIENTS for 6 to 8 people (very small portions)
– Capsicums: 12, possibly red or yellow
– Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 2 half glasses (2 half caps)
– Garlic: 3 cloves, finely sliced
– Capers: 6 tea spoons
– Oregano: 1 tea spoon
– Basil: about 20 leaves, roughly chopped
