Posting this about three months too late, but better late than never! This is a cooking experiment from one of my first nights in my permanent apartment, and as I discovered, the kitchen is….very tiny.
This is the real Nat’s Noodles recipe! Or rather, there isn’t really a recipe at all, it’s fresh from my brain and spiced up with plenty of improvising. It’s a combination of all of my favorite elements of pasta sauce, only slightly hindered by the grocery store selection. And the lack of can openers.
