Step 1
Cook the beef and garlic onion in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
Step 2
Stir in the piccanti sauce and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 10 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring often. Top with the vegetable.
