Chicken Lasagne:

Ingredients:
1 Medium chopped onion
1 Medium Chopped tomato
4-5 Garlic cloves chopped
500gms of chicken mince
3 tsp of tomato ketchup
1 tsp of pepper powder
1 tsp of dried herbs
1 tsp of salt
Pre heat the oven for 200C
Metod:
1. In a saucepan add 2 tsp of oil.
2. Add chopped garlic to the hot oil, cook until fragrant.
3. Add chopped onion to the pan and cook until translucent.
4. Add chopped tomatoes cook until soft and pulpy.
5. Add 3 tsp of tomato ketchup and cook the mixture for 2 mins.
6. Add minced chicken to the pan and cook the whole mixture.
7. Remove sauce pan from the flame and keep aside.
8. Take a baking dish grease nicely with oil from all the sides.
9. Put white sauce and spread evenly throughout the baking dish.
10. Arrange the lasagna sheets to cover the baking dish. The lasagna sheets I have used for cooking does not need to be cooked before using. You can use those kind of one or there is other type where you have to cook them first.
11. Spread the chicken mix evenly throughout the dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheese nicely throughout.
12. Put lasagna sheets again to cover the dish.
13. Spread white sauce again through out evenly.
14. Spread the rest of the chicken mix on top of the sauce. Spread the fresh mozzarella evenly put some fresh basil leaves.
15. Put the lasagna sheets again and spread the white sauce to cover it evenly.
16. Spread some shredded cheese and put more white sauce on top to cover the cheese.
17. Finally sprinkle some dried herbs .
Put the baking dish in the oven and cook it for 45 mins until the top becomes golden brown in color.
Serve hot.
