Here’s a bit of a different video as this is not our recipe but Gennaro’s.
Note:
This can be made by hand and not with a stand mixer. It will just take longer.
This recipe makes 4 medium pizzas if you want a thin crust.
If you want a deep pan small pizza, then this makes 4 pizzas.
If you want a thinner small pizza, then this makes around 6.
In short, it depends on the thickness of the pizza.
They rise in the oven so make sure it’s not too thick.
Topping Ideas:
Mozzarella cheese
Cheddar cheese
Any other cheese of your preference
Cooked meat
Pepperoni, salami, chorizo
Peppers
Sweetcorn
Pineapple
Olives
Basil, oregano and other herbs
Any vegetables
And pretty much anything you want
