Forlini's Retaurant – 93 Baxter Street in NYC (Italian Cooking on TCBradio!)

Three generations of Forlini’s have served delicious Italian Food in New York on Baxter Street. In this episode, Richard Solomon explores the 1956 menu with third generation owner Joe Forlini (soup was 25 cents and a spaghetti dinner was 75 cents – a draft beer was 15 cents). We look back at the family recipes, watch some food prepared, check out the wine list, meet the bar tender, and finish with a great coffee.

Numerous celebrities have their photos on the wall near the front entrance and a number of famous people have booths marked with their names. Great history and great food especially for those who attend the lower Manhattan Courts.
