Things needed to make this recipe
4 litres fresh cow milk
8 grams citric acid powder
1 sachet rennet ( If you have liquid rennet then use 4 drops of liquid rennet for 1 litre milk )
200 ml of fresh water for citric acid + 50 ml of fresh water for rennet dilution
