This week we’re serving up a magical Butterbeer Jelly recipe disguised as an edible beer mug!
Our journey through the Wizarding World continues as later on in Chapter Three of the Prisoner of Azkaban – “The Knight Bus” Harry makes it to the Leaky Cauldron and we see “Will you be wanting anything? Beer?”
Harry’s not old enough to drink so I thought we’d serve up another food illusion by creating a magical treat disguised as beer instead! And of course in the Wizarding World, there’s only one “beer” of choice – Butterbeer!
This easy butterbeer jelly recipe includes a homemade caramel jelly layer made with cream soda, topped with foamy Italian meringue as the “beer froth” – Cheers!
