I love making pizza, it is an art form to me. You can build layers of flavor, which every component is a flavor and texture. 1st is a good dough, 2nd a good sauce. This sauce is simple to make and is delicious on pizza. There is room to add additional ingredients to this recipe, but I like the simplicity of this recipe to make some awesome eats.
Everything you will need and what I use to make Neapolitan style pizza:
Gozney Roccbox or Pizza oven of your choice
Turning Pizza Peel
Pizza Cutter
Pizza Dough Box
Caputo Pizzeria Flour TIPO “00”
