Today I want to share with you the recipe to prepare the most delicious Italian focaccia. In case you don’t know what that is, it’s the perfect hybrid between bread and pizza. It’s spongy and soft like bread but tasty like pizza, since you can season it with anything!
My nonni (Italian for grandparents) would prepare it and then serve it as a snack, stuffed with prosciutto, tomato slices, a drizzle of olive oil and salt or with a few slices of mortadella. If you are wondering what heaven might taste like, I can tell you, it tastes like stuffed focaccia!
