Live stream from breakfast in “Chacha Focaccia”. The restaurant of Georgian and Italian cuisine. Two countries – one restaurant. Focaccia is an Italian wheat cake made from various types of dough, while chacha is a traditional Georgian strong alcoholic beverage. The restaurant has collected the main dishes of Italy and Georgia and divided our menu into two parts.
The first block “Italia focaccia” included dishes of Italian cuisine: traditional bruschetta sandwiches with different fillings, vegetable minestrone soup with pesto sauce, authentic pasta and risotto, a dozen types of pizza. Hot served with mussel sauté in white wine, cod with olives and capers, trout fillet with Piedmontese herbs. It is recommended to end the dinner in “Chace Focaccia” with one of the desserts: creamy panna cotta, Sicilian waffle cannoli with candied orange fruit or airy tiramisu.
The section “Georgia chacha” presents the hits of Georgian cuisine: assorted pkhali snacks, ajapsandal vegetable stew, aromatic kharcho soup, chakhokhbili poultry stew, fried pork with ojakhuri potatoes. On a special account are Georgian pastries: closed lobiani pie with quince, kubdari meat cake, originally from Svaneti, khachapuri according to Megrelian, Imeretian and Adjarian recipes. For dessert, grape juice pelamushi, prune mousse and nut mix kozinak are served.
The bar list includes wines from different regions of Georgia and Italy, bottled and draft beer, berry and fruit liqueurs. From the strong there is chacha, cognac, vodka, gin, rum, whiskey and tequila. Among non-alcoholic drinks: coffee classics, branded tea and coffee cocktails, homemade lemonades, compote and fruit drink.
The interior was decorated in light colors, the space was filled with fresh flowers. For unhurried gatherings, there are soft sofas located by the windows overlooking Nevsky Prospekt. For lovers of small talk over a glass of sparkling wine – a place at the bar.
