Recipe for pizzette rosse ( for 24 pieces)
1. step
500 gr flour
10 gr fresh brewers yeast
250 gr water (room temprature)
12 gr sugar
15 gr salt
60 gr extra virgin olive oli
2.step
For sauce
350 gr tomato puree
1 tea spoon salt
1 table spoon extra virgin olive oil
mix all first step ingredients and wait for 3 hours. Then prepare tiny pizzas. Put it on the baking tray and make some press with your fingers on the top.Then put one table spoon the sauce. it is ready for owen!!!!!for 10 minutes at 200 degrees, (preheated for 200 degrees)
