Livigno, Italy 2021 – empty slopes, snowboarding, amazing food, cross country skiing and more

Livigno, a small resort in the mountains, but with a huge ski potential. There are lots of ski slopes for mountain skiing, but also for cross country skiing.
As you might already know, Italian food is something else.
From the coffee shops serving amazing coffee and cookies, to meat shops, and local products made from local milk, Livigno is a gourmand destination.
Unfortunately with Covid restrictions, all ski lifts were closed, except the ones used by the professionals.
Good thing, most of the slopes were well maintained regardless of the lack of skiers. You could go up hiking and then ski back down, or use the skies with artificial skin to go up.
Also on top, they provided some surprise. Check the video to see what i’m talking about!
