How to make Italian style Calzone – Calzone recipe – Pizza dough
This calzone is super easy simple and really tasty. This filling is a little more traditional Italian but you could fill yours with whatever you wanted.
Ingredients (serves 2)
for the dough
250g Type 00 flour (if not strong white or bread flour would work too)
10g Dried yeast
140 ml Warm water (This includes the extra I added to my mix)
olive oil (just a splash)
Mine leaked out a little but was still full of filling
for the filling
50g Mozzarella
50g Salami
1 Egg
25g Ricotta
