Peach Panna Cotta

Ingredients :

Layer 1(Panna Cotta)
– 1 milk
– 1 cup heavy cream/whipping cream
– 1โ„4 cup brown sugar
– 1 1โ„2 Tbsp unflavored gelatin
– 1 Tsp vanilla extract
– Pinch of salt

Layer 2 (Peach)
– 1 1โ„2 cup peach puree
– 1 1โ„2 Tbsp brown sugar (add more if needed)
– 2 Tbsp unflavored gelatin

Method :

(Layer 1)
1. Mix the gelatin with a few tablespoons of water. Wait 1-2 mins or until it blooms.
2. In a saucepan, pour a cup of milk.
3. Turn on the heat, add brown sugar and salt. Whisk the mixture together over medium
heat. (make sure it doesnโ€™t boil)
4. Off the heat, add whipping cream/heavy cream, and gelatin (bloomed).
5. Whisk until itโ€™s dissolved.
6. Finally, add vanilla extract and stir evenly.
7. Let it cool down to room temperature, pour it into glasses, and refrigerate until set.

(Layer 2)
1. Bloom the gelatin.
2. In a bowl, add peach puree, brown sugar, and gelatin (bloomed).
3. Stir until dissolves evenly.
4. Then fill each glass with peach puree mixture and chill for another 2 hours or until
set.
5. Garnish with mint leaves.
