Juicy Meatballs Italian style

Meatballs:
Add eggs, garlic, onion, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, black pepper and Italian herbs to the minced pork and beef. Pour the bread with milk, mush it up with a fork until smooth, add to the minced meat and mix well. Moisten your hands in water, form into balls, fry on each side over medium heat until golden brown, set aside.
Sauce:
Fry onions and garlic, add tomato juice, tomato paste, herbs, salt, black pepper, simmer for a few minutes.
Return meatballs in the sauce, simmer for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200°C (392° F) until the cheese melts.

◆3 slices of white bread;
◆⅓ cup of milk;
◆1 pound ground pork;
◆1 pound ground beef;
◆2 eggs;
◆1-2 cloves of garlic;
◆1 large onion
◆½ cup parmesan cheese;
◆Parsley;
◆Salt, black pepper, Italian herbs to taste.

Sauce ingredients:
◆1 onion;
◆1 clove of garlic;
◆300 ml. tomato juice;
◆1 tsp tomato paste;
◆½ cup of water;
◆Italian herbs, some salt, black pepper;
◆150-200 mozzarella cheese for sprinkle.
