According to my research, Pizza has a long history. Flatbreads with toppings were consumed by the ancient Egyptians, Romans and Greeks. But the modern birthplace of pizza is southwestern Italy’s Campania region, home to the city of Naples. Today we are presenting you simple vegetable pizza which my dear mother prepared in her own way! Simply best full of flavours.

Pizza dough preparation,
We made 8 medium size pizzas:
1 kg plain flour
2 sachets of bread yeast (place in warm water before adding it to the dough mixture.)
4 eggs
Vegetable Oil 8 tbs
Black seeds ( optional ) half tsb
Salt half tbs
Sugar 5 tbs
2 tbs plain yoghurt
Water enough for kneading dough
